Duties include:
- Rostering and Scheduling: Develop, manage, and adjust staff rosters for efficient service delivery, ensuring adequate coverage and participant satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for roster-related queries, liaising with participants, families, and staff to resolve any scheduling issues.
- Compliance & Systems Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping, following Award guidelines and making use of software for scheduling and reporting.
- Must have experience in Pro Workforce Management or a similar system.
- Must be proficient in building and coding rosters.
- An organised and efficient individual who has the ability to build rapport with ease.
- A caring an empathic person.
- A current blue and yellow card, or willing to apply for one.
Base salary is approx $80K plus super plus penalty rates plus salary sacrifice options.
