We’re working with a prominent Federal Government agency that’s driving large-scale digital transformation and is seeking an experienced EL1 Software Engineer to lead and contribute to the delivery of critical SAP solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software development activities, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentor less experienced engineers
• Solve highly complex technical challenges and contribute to strategic solution design
• Oversee software releases and provide production support where required
• Maintain and enhance existing systems to ensure operational stability
• Prepare and review documentation, including technical designs and reports
• Collaborate with stakeholders, other government agencies, and vendors
• Provide escalation support and resolve critical technical issues

Your Technical Toolkit:
We’re looking for candidates with skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:

• SAP ABAP (CRM & ERP)
• SAP BRF+, FI, Gateway/ODATA
• SAP S/4HANA (including Finance, UI, Fiori, and Data Migration)
• BOPF Framework, SAP Social Services Module, SmartForms
• ETL processes, Data Migration and Reporting
• SuccessFactors

Key Requirements:

• Previous similar experience in a large, complex government organisation
• Minimum Baseline security clearance
