Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and BAS preparation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist with month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations.
- Provide timely and accurate financial data to support decision-making.
- Liaise with external accountants and stakeholders as needed.
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Australian taxation, payroll, and compliance requirements.
