Your New Role
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving various initiatives across the organisation. Your primary focus will be on enhancing services for customers, ensuring their needs are met, and providing them with seamless support at every stage of their journey.
Duties:
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for both business and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and lead process mapping exercises using industry-standard tools such as MIRO, Visio, or BPM tools to drive efficiency and clarity.
- Facilitate requirements modeling sessions
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst with strong working tenure
- Great communication skills and the ability to work with all stakeholders
- Experience working on a vast range of projects and ability to work in a fast paced environment
