Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document existing and future business processes.
- Elicit and document business requirements using a variety of business analysis techniques.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define and clarify business needs and desired outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate business process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare business documentation, including policies, process maps, guidelines, and FAQs to support change implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex and highly regulated environments.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Confident facilitator, capable of engaging stakeholders and driving discussions to clear outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with governance and risk management frameworks.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline are highly desirable.
