About the Opportunity:
Reporting to the Leader, Change Delivery, you will lead and coordinate complex change programs, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success. You will develop and execute change strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and embed governance frameworks to drive transformation.
The Senior Change Manager will be responsible for:
- Advocating for the people side of change, ensuring employees and customers are at the center of all change initiatives.
- Developing and implementing program-wide change strategies, integrating engagement, training, and communication plans across multiple projects.
- Leading and coordinating change delivery for strategic, enterprise-wide projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identifying and managing change risks, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating when necessary.
- Managing and mentoring Change Managers and Analysts, providing direction, coaching, and oversight.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging deep change management experience to guide teams through transformation and ensuring sustainable outcomes.
- 5+ years’ experience in senior change management, with a strong track record in large-scale transformation.
- Bring expertise in Agile and Waterfall environments managing large-scale, complex change programs, with the ability to navigate organisational dynamics and influence at all levels.
- Experience within values realisation operating models and delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading change in a financial services or regulated industry (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication, energy, and passion for driving strategic and impactful change.
