About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Workplace Health Safety and Wellbeing, you are part of a small skilled team. You work across the HSW practice but focus on safety, risk and systems. You provide accurate technical advice across the HSW discipline including:
- HSW initiatives, risk assessment and management processes
- compliance with legislation and best practices to support workers’ safety and wellbeing
- safety initiatives for psycho-social health and wellbeing
You are an experienced practitioner with an informed and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. You are keen to implement and promote effective practices that positively impact safety and psycho-social wellbeing. You are insightful with sensitive matters and show sound judgement in your advice.
