An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team working closely with the biomedical sector team within the strategic industry development branch of a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Support industry development activities by undertaking research as well as engaging and consulting with internal and external stakeholders to plan programs and initiatives to support and promote Queensland’s biomedical sector.
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of biomedical industry engagement and events.
• Contribute to and support team functions including procurement, reporting, financial management, communications, stakeholder engagement, coordination and monitoring of projects and programs of work.
• Participate as a proactive member of the Biomedical Sector Team within Strategic Industry Development Branch.
• Provide briefings, submissions, and other documentation as required.
• Represent the department at meetings, committees and industry events as required, including building and maintaining purposeful relationships with stakeholders.
• Collect local intelligence information through networks and connections with industry, Queensland Government agencies, peak industry bodies and other key stakeholders.
