About your new role
This role is Shed Coordinator position in the claims and assessing division.  
  • Welcome and greet tow truck drivers 
  • Triage vehicles on arrival and barcode check them in 
  • Organise vehicles into dedicated zones and bays  
  • Work closely with on-site assessors for claims
  • Maintain shed and ensure its today at all times 
  • vehicle inspections and updating systems 
  • Follow up and update customers on their vehicles 
 
About you
  • Strong administrative skills/customer service
  • Previous experience working in car yard/warehouse/logistics environment 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work rotating roster 7 am-3 pm, 7:30 am-3:30 pm and 8 am-4 pm
