The Role
Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Supervisor, this Supply Chain Coordinator manages the day-to-day fulfilment of all Food and Consumable products in ANZ to Domino’s 3PL warehouses and franchisees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide high-quality customer service to stores and manage day-to-day distribution enquiries
- Coordinate and resolve issues between Suppliers, Warehouses and Stores
- Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements
- Manage suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage and report all key data for DCs, including stock on hand, stock run outs and performance KPIs
- Consider new approaches to workflow and put forward recommendations to the business
- Ensure promotional forecasts are communicated to key stakeholders
- Track domestic and international shipments
- Work closely with freight forwarders to import goods
- Support the procurement manager and ANZ purchasing team with overflow tasks as required
Skills & Experience

- Proven experience within a Supply Chain or Logistics Coordination role
- Food or wider FMCG industry experience is essential
- Intermediate Excel skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team player with good relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
This position works closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, Stores, Suppliers, and Distribution Centres, so effective relationship management and communication skills are crucial.
