Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing leasing-related enquiries from prospective residents and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming enquiries, redirecting or responding professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule property tours in collaboration with tour guides.
- Interview prospective residents to assess suitability and ensure alignment with community expectations.
- Maintain accurate resident waitlists and ensure data integrity across all sites.
- Organise leasing-related documents for easy access and reference.
- Prepare weekly and monthly leasing and occupancy reports, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Oversee office administration tasks, ensuring professional upkeep of workspaces and shared areas.
