As the Digital Tech Lead, you’ll work alongside business analysts, developers, testers, and designers in an agile environment. You’ll help turn ideas into practical digital solutions while ensuring that every product is built with best practice in mind, from coding and architecture to security and user experience.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role where your technical insight, leadership, and creative thinking will directly contribute to shaping future digital experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Guide the development of web and mobile applications in an agile team environment.
  • Design and deliver full-stack solutions using modern .NET frameworks, APIs, and front-end technologies.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform business requirements into intuitive, member-centric interfaces.
  • Lead workshops with internal stakeholders to explore challenges and co-create solutions.
  • Set and maintain technical standards across the digital landscape, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.
  • Act as a mentor and guide for developers, helping lift technical capability across the team.
What you’ll bring:

You’re a technically capable leader who thrives on solving complex problems and enjoys working at the intersection of business needs and technical delivery.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital tech lead or senior developer role.
  • Strong full stack development skills — ASP.Net, C#, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, SASS/CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Experience working with Sitecore platforms (XP, XM) including setup, development, and integration.
  • Sound knowledge of cloud hosting, networking, and infrastructure — IIS, SQL Server, SSL, load balancing.
  • Practical experience in Agile delivery frameworks and a passion for collaboration.
  • Confident working with CI/CD pipelines, developer tools (GitHub, Octopus Deploy), and modern front-end build tools.
