The Boots2Business platform is a collaboration between Troocoo People Advisory, a specialist talent consultancy and outsourcing business, and Go2Health,a multi-modality health clinicthat has a specialty in providing comprehensive health care to Australian Defence Force (ADF) veterans. Our goal is to help civilian partners tap into the skills and talent of Australia’s most high performing and trained assets, ex-defence members. We work with both newly transitioned veterans looking for work in the civilian sector for the first time as well as those veterans that are looking to find a role that better utilises their extensive skills and experience. It also allows civilian employers to tap intothis heavily under-utilised talent pool. We use our expertise to consult with each individual and then assign to a civilian talent pool that maps directly to their qualifications, experience, and skills as well as career opportunity matched to a potential teachable fit. Our corporate partners are then ableto swiftly access and review potential qualified talent who match their roles as well as their organisation. |
