About the Role:

Joining a large program currently delivering a range of exciting ICT initiatives,  this role is positioned to lead the requirements validation and gathering and procurement process for an Electronic Security Project which aims to upgrade and/or replace the existing physical security systems.

With the support of a Project Manager, key project deliverables in the current stage of the project include: functional and non-functional requirements, detailed business case development, market analysis, procurement plan, evaluation plan, as well the coordination of requirements response, vendor presentations and responses. 

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Capture and analyse ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business process models.
  • Consult and liaise extensively with clients and stakeholders to clarify and document business requirements to inform the procurement of new systems, enhancements to existing systems and inform the development of processes and other solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead the project’s involvement in a state government procurement process.
  • Lead the development of high-quality and accurate project documents including detailed business case and procurement artefacts.
  • Lead the development, and/or documentation of system operational support model(s)
  • Assist in the development of a QICT vendor contract.
To be successful:
  • Relevant Business Analysis qualifications and methodologies (such as BABOK, Agile, PRINCE2, etc)
  • Experience working on state government procurement processes and/or knowledge of QICT contracts is advantageous
  • Experience working with Physical Security Systems (EACS, VMS, intercom, duress etc.), ICT network (including firewalls) and server hardware, within Healthcare setting is advantageous
