The Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll analyse, design, and implement business processes to improve operational efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver detailed process maps using BPMN, facilitate workshops, and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions that align with the institution's principles.
What You'll Do
- Develop current and target state process maps using BPMN.
- Facilitate workshops to negotiate and define requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements, creating use cases and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical experts to deliver seamless solutions.
- Support the mapping and implementation of future-state business processes.
- Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
- Monitor the performance of new processes and recommend improvements.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Business Process Architecture, BPMN, and process mapping tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distil complex requirements.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
