About your new role
As the Customer Relations Specialist, you’ll be working in the Personal Injury Relations team and will focus on conducting assessments and working through complaints for personal injuries in motor accidents. (MAIA CTP) . The team you’ll be in is committed to ensuring the best service for their customers and ensuring both the business and customers have the best possible outcome.
- Perform reviews of claims decisions which include which include examining evidence comprehensively, identifying applicable legislative provisions, and applying legislative tests to ensure an accurate outcome.
- Draft Certificates of Determination and prepare accompanying Statements of Reasons that justify the decisions made.
- Stay relevant with legislative changes and keep up to date with requirements
- Monitor claim trends and prepare reports
About you
- Experience in Insurance, Legal or Allied Health, preferably in the NSW CTP MAIA scheme
- Experience in Dispute Resolution and/or complaints handling
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Qualification in law, insurance, allied health will be desirable
