About the Role
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day management of the digital platforms, with a particular focus on their key website and community portal. This includes content planning and development, technical enhancements, platform performance analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise will help improve user experiences and ensure the platforms continue to serve the needs of the community effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Management: Oversee the organisation's website and community portal, including content planning, development (with team support), updates, and technical enhancements.
  • Platform Performance: Monitor platform performance and risks, providing analytics, insights, and recommendations to improve functionality, SEO, accessibility, and readability.
  • Content Scheduling & Risk Management: Handle daily content updates, scheduling, and risk management to ensure optimal site performance.
  • Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to address platform issues and implement solutions.
  • Google Ads: Manage Google Ads integration, create and modify ad campaigns, and ensure compliance.
  • CRM & Member Portal Maintenance: Design and maintain communications components of the NFP’s CRM and member portal (e.g. email templates, forms, content blocks).
  • Multimedia Expertise: Provide video and audio capture, editing, and production expertise for live events, broadcasts, and presentations.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the preparation of written materials such as reports, newsletters, media releases, and marketing collateral.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
  • Have proven experience managing websites, digital platforms, and content strategies.
  • Are comfortable using analytics tools to track platform performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Have expertise in Google Ads and SEO.
  • Possess strong written communication skills and the ability to produce diverse content types.
  • Are tech-savvy with experience in multimedia content production.
  • Can work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and improve platforms.
