Troocoo is proud to partner with a leading global organisation in search of an experienced HR Partner for a 6-month contract. This role provides strategic HR support to managers across Australia and New Zealand, helping to align people priorities with business goals. The position can be based in Brisbane or Melbourne on full time 6 month contract with potential of extension.
About the Role
As an HR Partner, you will:

• Working across a diverse portfolio range
• Advise managers on performance management, organisational change, and HR policy implementation.
• Align HR strategies with functional and regional business objectives.
• Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to mitigate organisational risks.
• Contribute to key projects across Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Total Rewards, and Recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams on HR systems enhancements and process improvements.
• Working in a dedicated and hardworking team

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional who brings:

• 6+ years of experience in HR generalist or equivalent roles within large, complex organizations.
• Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Confidence in presenting business cases and executing decisions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
