The Organisation is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator with Coordinator-level experience and a sound understanding of information technology to support a major Digital Program of Work.
This is a key conduit for the project team and will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day operations of project activities, ensuring the alignment of resources, schedules, and project timelines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of IT systems and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of IT-related projects
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to track progress, manage timelines, and meet key milestones.
- Manage project documentation, including reports, project plans, and meeting notes.
- Provide support in resource management, including allocating personnel and tracking project budgets.
- Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring timely deliverables and identifying potential risks or delays.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, project teams, and external vendors.
- Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, arranging resources, and tracking project expenses.
- Assist in preparing information for stakeholders and steering committees
- Conduct post-project reviews and assist in lessons learned documentation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of project coordination or administration experience, preferably in an IT-related environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
