About the Role:
As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in representing Troocoo’s professionalism and commitment to excellence. This role combines front-of-house reception duties with back-office administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and supporting our National Operations Manager and Contract Experience Teams.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Front-of-House Excellence: Greet clients, candidates, and visitors warmly and manage a professional reception area.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the National Operations Manager and Contractor Experience Teams, manage appointments, and facilitate communication across teams.
  • Office Management: Ensure the reception, meeting rooms, and communal areas are clean, organised, and welcoming. Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, including logistics, catering, and RSVPs.
  • Recruitment Compliance: Support compliance activities, including Fit to Work and visa checks.
  • Cultural Contributions: Organise internal celebrations, such as birthdays and anniversaries, to enhance team culture.

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
